what type of trouble do the gresers get
    into?
how about when ponyboy got jumped and darry came to save him from getting hurt really bad. this reminds me of when i was watching tv when this man pulled a kid out of a burning house and the boy was rushed to the hosptil and was in critical care like johnny was in critical care and the boy died.

  2. Do you think the Greasers got in alot of situations? well they did and here is two examples of them. To start of Johnny and Ponyboy saved kids from the fire. This reminds me of when I was in trouble and my friends helped me out. Another situation is when they had the big rumble when the Greasers fought the Socs. This reminds me of when my friends and I stick up for eachother. Those are some of the situations the Greasers got into.

The Greasers get themselve's into quite a bit od chaotic trouble in order to avoid consequences of the inappropriate things that they do.
For example, when Johnny killed Bob in order to protect himself and Ponyboy from the Socs, he goes into hiding at the abandoned church from the Fuzz(police), like in most movies that revolve around assasinations and what not.
Usually Johnny avois these types of things, though. Like, when his parents are fighting, he likes to keep away, for self protection, by going to Pony's house or sleeping at the park. I can relate to him in those situations. My cousin and aunt fight quite a bit, never turns physical, but it's usually best for me to go for a walk or something while they finish off their screaming; give them time to cool down.
Another incident was the rumble between the Greasers and Socs, thinking that it'd fix everything by throwing a few punches, scaring people, and forcing someone to back down. But they were wrong. Violence doesn't sew anything back into place. I ind myself arguing with people sometimes; including people that I love and others that I don't care for too much, but eventually I always come to find that harsh words don't heal anything.
    Only forgiveness can do that.

  4. the greasers get themselves in alot of situations. For example,Johnny has stabbed Bob with a switch blade and killed him. that reminds me of when i heard on the news that people have stabbed another human being for money or something.Another reason they get themselves in a lot of situations is that Ponyboy and Johnny save kids from a fire at an abandoned church. that reminds of me of fire fighters and how they save people all the time from fires.Another example would be when DAlly robs a grocerey store and threatens the police with an unloaded gun. it reminds me of when i hear on the radio or see in a newspaper that some people rob a store for money.

  5. The Greasers got there self into alot of problems. For example like when johnny killed that Soc at the park and after that Johnny and Ponyboy had to leave town. That part reminds me of a tv show i use to watch this guy killed somebody and he had to leave town the cops said he could be in three different states. When Johnny,Ponyboy, and Dally saved those kids from the burning down house. Like everyone when you read in the newspaper in the heroic patrs of the newspaper it reminded me about Johnny.Ponyboy and Dally.

  6. Do you want to know my favorite situations that all the Greasers where in. The frist situation was the rumble. The rumble reminded me of my favorite movie Fight Club. The last situation was when Dally got shot by the police when he had a unloaded gun in his hand. That reminded me of a show i saw on tv.

  7. The Greasers get themselves in alot of situations. For example like when Johnny and Ponyboy were in the park and Bob and the rest of the socs came up and tryed drowning Ponyboy then Johnny stabbed Bob for self-defense.But for that, that got them in some big bad situations where they had to get away and hide out.Stuff like this reminds me of like a murder scene you see on CSI or some movie. Also when Dally robbed that mini-mart he was running from the cops with a un-loaded gun, witch the cops thought was real and shot him down & killed him. Its crazy to think of this because its so wicked, stuff like this happens probably all over.Another reason how they got themselves in a bad situation is when Johnny and Ponyboy went into the burning church to save those kids. That could of like killed them both, but it didnt and thats a good thing.Even though Johnny did get hurt the most he still saved some little kids life, and he got to live a little longer.Fires happen all over, and some people get hurt, and its wicked to think that people lose there lives.

  8. Dear Peoples,
When Ponyboy was walking home one day after the moive. Pony boy was walking home alone (like he shouldnt be) he got jumped!!!!☻ so in the prosas he was save by his heroic friends (yay!!!) but he got yelled at (booooo!!!). With that i would like to say how i walk alone on my very first day of school and got yell at (boo!!) but we both got in trouble even though i didnt get jumped it was loud so that reminds me of how Ponyboy he got yelled at(boo!!).
second of all before Ponyboy got jumped in the window to save little people (and get bit!) he felt bad becuase he and Johnny burnt the curch with the ~weed~ and he felt really bad after it. this reminds me of the time when i on acsident burnt the house kitchen down (not purposlly though) and i felt bad after it so that reminds me of Ponyboy feeling bad about it.

  9. The types of situations the Greasers get into are kind of like mine. When Johnny stayed in the hospital for burns, it reminded me of when I burned myself on a browning rack.
Another situation is when Steve's nose is bleeding after the rumble, it reminded me of the time I fought my brother and he gave me a bloody nose. Another time is like when Dally telss Pony to get tough, it remineded me of when my dad gets mad and I start crying. Afterwards when I stop he tells me to get tough like him and I can't get hurt.

  10. Greaser got themselves into a lot of situations in the Outsiders. Here are some of them and what they remind me of.
In the book, after Johnny killed the soc Bob, he then went to Dally for help. This reminds me of a time when a freind of mine did something they weren't soposed to do, I didn't tell and that helped them stay out of trouble.
When they were in Windrexvil Johnny and Ponyboy rushed into the firy inferno of the burning church to rescue the little kids who I beleve to have started it by smoking. This act of bravery reminds me of gallant heros in books doing things that are right and just at their own personal cost.
These are some of the things the greasers got into in the Outsiders.

  12. The greasers got in a lot of trouble in the book like how Dally was speeding and the cop pulled him over and told him he was speeding and why was he speeding. This reminded me of when I was in the car with my mom and we got pulled over and he asked why we were speeding. And when the socs make fun of the greasers about there hair and clothes. And that reminded me of when i started at a new school and I had my long hair and and real bagy clothes and they were talking bout me.

  13. The greasers got in plenty of trouble during the book.the greasers got them self's in plenty of trouble when Ponyboy walked home from the movies by him self and got jumped by all the soc's.This reminded me when i was walking home on summer break and there was 3 or 4 guys and 1 kid in the middle and they just started to push him and then blasted him in the face.I also think that Johnny and Ponyboy went in to the church to save the kids and got servealy hurt.I remember when my mom came home from work she told me to wake her up in a little bit and the furnace started on fire from the rubber shoes on top and i woke her up and told her that the furnace was on fire and she told me to stay away from the furnace and she put it out.Lastly the greasers got in trouble when Dally found out that Johnny was dying and robbed the store and pulled a unloaded heater on the fuzz and got shot till he died. This popped to my mind when when i watched criminal minds and the guy was dying and his brother started to kill pepole to save his brother but he was really just making a death wish for both.the outsiders was so far the best book i have read in school this year i like how Mr.Hanson picks out interesting books and alot of suspence in them to make you keep reading.

  14. Sometimes kids are trouble.

Johnny and ponyboy found a church they were living in on fire. Kids were in it so they ran in. Searched the whole place while it was on fire. They found the kids in the closet and took them out of the building.
This reminds me of the time me and my friend were walking by the river and he slipped anf fell in. I took my shoes off and dove after him becuase he couldnt swim. I couldn't find him till he kicked me in the face and i grabbed his foot and heaved him onto a near by rock. Ponyboy was walking home and a bunch of socs jumped pony. As that was going on out of no where the greasers came to back him up.This reminds me about the time I got jumped. My friends were coming out of the movies i was mad at them so i had left early. Then some people that really didnt like me. Pushed me down and started hitting me. My friends came out of the movies and saw me and ran over. We all got into a fight. They helped me up and asked if i was okay.

  16. The Greasers got in alot of trouble in the book. when Johnny killed Bob, he knew he could go to Dally for help. When i feel as though i did something wrong, sometimes i go to one of my friends to talk it out too. When Dally was going to visit Johnny, he got pulled over by the police for going over the speed limit. like when my dad was speeding, and he got pulled over. These are some examples of how the Greasers got in trouble.

  17. thier is alot of type of situations the greasers got into. for exsample in the story Ponyboy, Jhonny, and Dally went into a church when it was on fire to save the kids inside. one time my friend got in a fight and was loosing i helped her from geting hurt even though it might be risky cause the guys were really mad and tuff. anthor reason is when Dally seen Jhonny die and couldn't take it sp he robed a store so the cops would case him and he could bluff them with the unloaded gun. also when i had a step dad when i was done he had a drinking problem because his dad died and he couldn't take it ethier and he said he would stop but one day he got really upset and stared drinkin again and then he went driving and crashed they coulde help him no matter what because his lungs were to weak from the drinking and he promised that he would never drink again but he cracked that day.

I feel alot like the greasers and heres why. Johnny gets badly burnt when a piece of wood that is on fire falls on top of him. this reminds me of the time when I got burnt by our oven. Steves nose is very bloodied up after the rumble. this remins me of the time where I fell down on the sidewalk and my knee was very bloodied up.

  19. topic: the situation of the greasers ponyboy always gets into trouble with the socs because he never uses his head like the time he walked home from the movies alone and got jumped by the socs but the greasers were their to help him.once when i was alone i thought i could walk to my sisters house and some people were behind me trying to talk to me i thought i was in big trouble but my mom came to my rescue and picked me up and that was when i wasnt using my head. When jonny killed bob and pony and jonny had to get away they had someone to go to and that was dally. when my friend ever thinks that shes in trouble she knows i will always be thare for her no matter what so she does have someone to go to and i know i can trust her like she trustes me!

The situations greasers get into are crazy!
For example when Ponyboy and Johny are walking Cherry and her friend home the Socs show up and want to beat them up for walking with their girls'. This was like the time Jose and I were walking home and some guys tried jumping us because they thought we were in a gang. Another thing is when Johny killed Bob for trying to drown Pony. that reminded me of the time my cousin's friend killed 3 guys because they killed my cousin!!!!!!!!

  21. Theres alot of conflicks in the Outsiders. hen they when to the park and started to fight. I rembered when i saw a gang group in the news paper because they got charged with battery because they beat someone up. When Ponyboy was comeing home from the movies he fell asleep. i remembered when i wokr up it was to late to go to school but my mom said i still had to go.

  22. In the book the Outsiders there are many situations in the novel the outsiders.
Ponyboy walked home alone from the movies and the socs followed him and almost jump him and cut off hes tuff hair if it wasnt for his friends and brothers the socs would have. I can relate to this because when ever I walk some where I tend to think someone is following me and I walk faster!
In the novel the greasers are always there for eachother; because thats all they have. I have this experance because I always turn to my friends for help, support, and to cheer me up. I have no idea where or what I would do with otu them just like with dally put i would never do what he did though. I wouldnt beable to hand my life with out my carzy outgoing friends. Thanks for being there for me. :)

  23. In the book, the greasers get themselves into all kinds of situations. Johnny ends up killing a Socia named Bob. It sortta makes me recal a movie i watched where the main character, a girl, ends up killing a lot of people in a fight. Then, once agian, do they get themselves in a predicament. Ponyboy and Johnny rush into a the burning church they have been hiding in to save little children. It reminds me of the time my 5 year old now-ex-step-sister was stuck up on the ledge in our house and she was about to fall. The ledge broke and I caught her before she hit the concrete floor. She ended up only having a few bruises instead of alot of broken bones. Like my family and I, The greasers have gotten into alot of trouble and, like us, they've gotten out.
